I didn't build GYST because I had it all figured out.

I built it because I didn't.

And then I did the work to change that.

The Story

A few years ago I was managing a full-time career, launching a business, and relocating from one state to another— all at the same time.

I wasn't failing.

But nothing felt like it was clicking either.

I kept waiting for things to calm down enough to get organized. They never did. So I stopped waiting and started building — systems for my time, my space, my priorities, and my mindset. Slowly, things stopped feeling like chaos and started feeling like momentum.

That's the origin of GYST.

Not a perfect life.

A workable one.

The Credentials

I bring more than a good framework to this work. I bring 15+ years of real-world experience spanning quality control, implementation, and client services, plus an MBA from Babson College.

I've built systems inside organizations and built them in my own life. I've launched businesses, led teams through uncertainty, and rebuilt my own life more than once. I know what it means to wear every hat, manage every moving part, and still show up. I'm not coaching from a theoretical perch. I'm in it with you.

A Few Things About Me

•      Dog mom to Mozzy and Ava Mae — my most loyal supporters

•      Training for a fall half marathon (ask me how it's going)

•      Vintage shopping enthusiast — there's a system for that too

•      Early riser, peak-energy mornings, gets excited about an early bedtime

•      Avid solo-traveler who relishes a slow walk in a new place

Why I Do This

Most people don't need more motivation. They need a structure that works with how they actually live — not some idealized version of their life.

GYST exists because I believe clarity is a skill, systems are learnable, and the right community makes all the difference. You don't have to figure this out alone. You just have to decide you're ready to get your systems together.
