GYST Coaching LLC ("GYST," "we," "us," or "our") operates gystsystems.com (the "Site") and provides coaching, workshops, and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or booking our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

  • Scheduling information when you book a session or workshop through Calendly.

  • Payment information when you purchase a session, package, or workshop through PayPal, via Squarespace's Pay Links checkout (we do not directly store your full card details — PayPal handles that).

  • Any information you choose to share with us during coaching sessions or in written intake materials.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location, referring site) collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics and cookies.

  • Cookies used to keep the Site functioning properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule, deliver, and follow up on coaching sessions and workshops.

  • To process payments and send receipts.

  • To respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.

  • To send occasional updates or newsletters, only if you've opted in.

  • To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the Site.

We keep client and business records for as long as needed to provide our Services, meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements, and maintain accurate business history. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.

  • You can unsubscribe from any email communications at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us directly.

  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request corrections or deletion, by emailing hello@gystsystems.com.

  • You can decline to provide certain information, though this may limit our ability to deliver Services to you.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are directed to adults — college students and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we've inadvertently collected information from a minor, we'll delete it.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on reputable third-party platforms (Squarespace, PayPal, Calendly) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
